If you sign up less than 24 business hours before the start of a course, it is likely that you will need to catch up on the first class session via recording and begin attending the second session. We are a small staff, and all enrollment communications are done by hand. We will be in contact with you as soon as we are able with the materials.

You may sign up until the day of the second class session if there are still open slots available in the store. You will receive a recording of the first class session to allow you to catch up if a recording is available.

If it's more than one week before class, you will receive your materials from your instructor soon! If it's less than one week before class, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see an email from your instructor, please email us directly with the subject line "I need my syllabus for [class name]": nightschoolbar@gmail.com

To pay in installments, please choose PayPal at checkout; you will automatically be given the option to pay in installments. If that is not a viable option for you, please reach out directly: nightschoolbar@gmail.com

We're currently able to offer 3 full scholarship spots per course. You can choose to enroll with a 75% scholarship, or you can follow up directly within one week of the class' start date--if the class has filled by that time, we may be able to open up a few more scholarship spots. That's great! For all students enrolled through their workplace, we ask that you enroll under the pay-in-full or pay-it-forward options. If your workplace is a nonprofit with an operating budget under $150,000, you can also elect to enroll using the 50% or 25% scholarship options. To have your workplace pay for your class, you can: 1) purchase your class using a work credit card/bank account, or 2) purchase your class and receive an email receipt for reimbursement. Please reach out if you need an invoice or confirmation of completion from Night School for your workplace.

Our Refund Policy:

We are able to offer full refunds or credit for a future course up to 7 days before a class begins. If the class is less than 7 days from starting but has not yet begun, we are able to offer a 75% refund or course credit for a future course. After the first class session, but before the second, we are able to offer a 50% refund. No refunds are available after the second class session. The full scholarship fee ($10) is non-refundable.
