New Cocktail Class Series!

New Cocktail Class Series!

Starting Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, Shannon Healy, owner of Alley Twenty Six, a 2022 James Beard Award finalist for Outstanding Bar Program, will lead a four-part monthly series titled Cocktails 101. With interest in spirits and cocktails at perhaps an all-time high in America, this course looks back at how we got here. Tasting and demonstrating through four distinct eras of libations, while giving the drinks a bit of historical context. Shannon will discuss barware and demonstrate techniques for making these classics, as well as suggestions on how to adjust them to suit your palate.

The classes will be held from 7-9 pm at Night School Bar, and can be attended either in person or online via a Zoom link.
